Lyme Bay Winery is a boutique drinks company based in Devon’s Axe Valley, renowned for producing award winning English wines, fruit wines, ciders, and spirits.
They were facing challenges with their online presence, having gone through multiple iterations of their website, which ultimately became a basic e-commerce platform reliant on discounting for sales. The website no longer conveyed the premium nature of their products or their brand story.

Design Objectives
To redesign the Lyme Bay Winery website, creating an engaging digital experience that tells the story of their heritage, craftsmanship, and premium product range. The goal was to move beyond a standard e-commerce approach and develop a website that elevates the brand, guiding customers through a journey that showcases the quality and experience of drinking Lyme Bay’s offerings.


My Approach
• Developed a homepage and product page mockup focusing on visual storytelling, integrating video, imagery, typography, and content.
• Highlighted the winery’s history, product origins, and consumption suggestions to evoke the aspirational lifestyle associated with premium English wines, ciders, and spirits.
• Ensured the website design aligned with Lyme Bay Winery’s brand identity and enhanced the overall customer experience, driving brand loyalty and engagement.
