Changing Minds is a UK-based organisation applying psychological knowledge and theory to enhance performance and wellbeing across various sectors, including mental health, business, high-performance sports and criminal justice, both domestically and internationally.
With a period of rapid growth, Changing Minds recognised the need to elevate both the presentation and communication of their services. Collaborating closely with their team, I developed a cohesive suite of leaflets and booklets specifically designed for sports organisations and large companies focused on sustaining high-performance teams. This work reinforced their brand and ensured they reached target audiences effectively with polished, professional materials.
Branding Goals
• Establish a consistent brand image and clear information hierarchy, supported by targeted imagery that emphasises team performance for businesses and high-performance sports sectors.
• Elevate the brand’s professional appeal and cohesiveness, while introducing the "Performing Well" services to enhance recognition and engagement with their psychological offerings.
On the back of the leaflets, I was tasked with designing a specialised version of the Changing Minds logo to represent their Performance Services. Additionally, I created a new logo for "Leading Well" to complement the "Performing Well" division of the business, ensuring a cohesive visual identity across all service areas.
Approach to Design
• Leveraged existing product service documents to develop a clean, professional layout that could be easily adapted across the expanded service offerings.
• Emphasised service-specific, team-oriented, and sector-relevant imagery through dynamic visuals to enhance audience engagement.
• Ensured that the design was aligned with the brand's evolving identity, reinforcing appeal to larger professional organisations and driving increased business engagement.
Breakaway branding:
• Developed a unique, location-inspired brand identity for Wilson Patten, enhancing appeal to corporate clients seeking therapy rooms and event spaces.
• Differentiated Wilson Patten from the Changing Minds brand, ensuring each brand resonated with its specific audience while maintaining a cohesive overarching brand strategy.
• Created versatile marketing materials that effectively showcased the venue’s character, boosting visibility and attracting new business opportunities.
